Shipping Policy

Jurassic Coast Designs is based in the United Kingdom and ships orders both within the UK and internationally.

Handmade Glass Items
All fused glass jewellery and glass homeware are carefully handmade and packed in our Dorset studio. These items are shipped directly from the studio to ensure they arrive safely. Orders containing glass items are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Printed Homeware and Clothing
Printed homeware and clothing items are made to order. These products require additional production time and will be dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of purchase. Once completed, items are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and should be used as a guide only. Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, customs processing for international orders, or peak periods.

Packaging
All items are securely packaged to protect them in transit. Glass items are packed with particular care to minimise the risk of damage.

Combined Orders
If your order contains both handmade glass items and made-to-order printed products, items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in the destination country.
